# Pablo Rodenas Ruiz

> I work on quantum algorithms. PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at Imperial College London, with an MSc in Quantum Engineering (EPFL) and a master's thesis at Harvard on fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for quantum chemistry.

I'm a first-year PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at Imperial College London, working on quantum computing for finance, advised by Dr Eyal Neuman and Prof. Jack Jacquier. My work explores fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and their applications to scientific computing and finance, with recent projects in quantum chemistry and quantum walks. I'm also interested in AI-assisted mathematical discovery and formal verification. Prior to joining Imperial, I did my master's in Quantum Science and Engineering at EPFL and my thesis in Joonho Lee's group at Harvard. Before that, I studied my BSc in Physics at the University of Valencia.
